App-Specific Disclosures
Roid-Combat
Roid-Combat is an arcade game. It stores game settings, your callsign, and high scores locally on your device only. No personal data is collected or transmitted. Roid-Combat displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob; see "Third-Party Services" below for more information. Roid-Combat also offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that permanently removes advertisements; see "In-App Purchases" below.
PicOut
PicOut is a picture puzzle game that accesses photos stored on your device. All photos remain on your device and are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared. PicOut does not collect personal data. PicOut displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob; see "Third-Party Services" below for more information.
Invasion 3000
Invasion 3000 is a free offline space shooter game. It does not collect any personal data, does not contain advertisements, and does not require an internet connection.
Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on the specific app you use:
- Apps without accounts: Some of our apps do not require an account and collect no personal information.
- Apps with accounts: If you create an account, we may collect your name and email address to provide and manage your account.
- Device information: Some apps may collect basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app performance data to help us improve our apps.
- Advertising: Some of our free apps display ads provided by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob. These partners may collect device identifiers and usage data to show relevant ads. See "Third-Party Services" below for more information.
- Purchase information: If you make an in-app purchase, we receive a record of that transaction from the app store so we can unlock what you bought. We never receive or store your payment card details. See "In-App Purchases" below.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain our apps
- Manage your account if you create one
- Improve and optimize our apps
- Communicate with you about updates or support
- Display advertisements in free versions of our apps
- Deliver and restore in-app purchases you have made
In-App Purchases
Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases. In Roid-Combat, this is a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase that permanently disables advertising in the app.
All payments are processed entirely by the app store on your device — Google Play on Android, or the Apple App Store on iOS. We never see, receive, or store your payment card number, billing address, or other payment credentials. Those are handled solely by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies.
What our app does receive from the store is a record of the transaction — which product was purchased and whether the purchase is valid — so that the app can unlock the feature you paid for. This purchase record is used only to determine whether advertising should be disabled. We do not use it for marketing, we do not combine it with advertising identifiers, and we do not share it with third parties.
Your purchase is tied to your Google Play or Apple ID account, not to any account with us. If you reinstall the app or install it on another device, it will restore your purchase automatically from the store. If a purchase does not restore, contact us at the address below.
Refunds are handled by the app store that processed the payment, under Google's or Apple's refund policies.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: With third-party services that help us operate our apps (such as advertising partners), subject to their own privacy policies.
- Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
Third-Party Services
Some of our apps use third-party services that may collect information. These include:
- Google AdMob: Used to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
- Google Play Billing: Processes in-app purchases on Android and handles all payment details. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
- You can delete your account (if applicable) by contacting us.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
- You can remove advertising entirely in Roid-Combat through the optional "Remove Ads" in-app purchase.
- You can request deletion of any information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below.
- You can uninstall our apps at any time.
